Sarah Jensen, MPT, DSc Charter Board Member, Plates of Hope® Director of Development
Sarah Jensen was most recently the Chief Clinical Officer for Accelerated Physical Therapy and has been a practicing physical therapist for sixteen years. While at Accelerated, Sarah spearheaded the clinical excellence team which included oversight and development of best practice, core competencies, leadership and strategic vision for the company. She also led the value-based steering committee which focused on patient outcomes and expanded research opportunities and affiliations with institutions. She currently serves as adjunct faculty in the Physical Therapy department at Midwestern University instructing doctoral physical therapy students. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Michigan State University in 1994, a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 1999 and a Doctorate of Science from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2010.
Sarah has a passion for supporting organizations that have a positive impact on children’s lives and is proud to be a charter member of the Plates of Hope Leadership® Team. She looks forward to building relationships and partnerships in the community with like-minded people and child-centered organizations.
